Still wallowing in his depression after Debbie's murder, The Dragon decides to quit the Police Force after he escorts Alicia Cordova away from her psychotic husband, the super-criminal named Grip, at the behest of FBI Agent Sheridan. Meanwhile, Grip and his henchmen have taken refuge in a downtown cathedral.
